Help! My RZ616 Wi-Fe 6E Adapter is Driving Me Crazy

I've been struggling with my RZ616 Wi-Fe 6E 160MHz network adapter for years. At first, I managed to stabilize it using a method I found on Reddit, but it's back to causing major issues with incredibly high ping—300 to 500. I even tried the same fix again, but nothing seems to work this time. I'm really at a loss here. To give you more context, my setup includes an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT and an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor, and I'm using a desktop PC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
