I'm having trouble running the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. When I select the restart option, I see the restarting screen, but then my monitor loses input and stays black until I manually turn it off and on again. I'm trying to run this diagnostic because I've been experiencing crashes related to drivers or RAM on my PC, and I'm worried there might be an issue with my RAM.

How many RAM sticks do you have? If you have multiple sticks, try removing them and testing with just one at a time. Sometimes, one faulty stick can cause these kinds of issues. I suspect your pre-built PC might be having compatibility issues with the new RAM you added.
I ran into a similar issue and suspected my RAM was acting up. Have you experienced any other errors, like the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED message? That could also point to RAM problems. Unfortunately, if the diagnostic tool isn't working, diagnosing RAM issues can be tricky without another method.
