I'm dealing with a strange bug where my screen shows a sort of overlay of whatever window I'm on. It's like a film that I can clear away by moving my mouse or quickly switching tabs. I've already tried reinstalling my GPU drivers, but the problem persists. Has anyone run into this issue before or does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!

That overlay issue usually points to the GPU. Have you tried using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove the drivers before reinstalling? It's a good way to start fresh.
Yeah, I did that! I first reinstalled through the Nvidia app, but when that didn't work, I downloaded the latest driver from the website for my RTX 2060 Super. Still no luck.
