I'm having an issue with Steam where it shows an updating popup, and then nothing happens afterward. After the popup disappears, I can't get Steam to launch. I've noticed it's still running in the task manager, but when I try to end the task and restart it, I encounter the same problem. I've attempted running it as an admin, restarting my computer, and even followed several YouTube tutorials for troubleshooting, but none have worked so far. Steam is installed on my C drive, which appears to be functioning without any problems.
