I'm working in a school district and we're transitioning from AutoDesk 2023 to 2026. We still use SCCM, and after a consultant helped us figure out how to install AutoDesk, I'm now stuck on how to uninstall it properly using SCCM. I've followed the clean uninstall steps from AutoDesk, scripted everything in PowerShell, and even tried deleting folders and registry keys, but the application just won't go away. I'm still seeing the icons, and I'm at my wits' end! Anyone here have experience with this process? Why is it so complicated?

Have you thought about reaching out to AutoDesk directly? You're paying for their support, so they should be able to help you clean this mess up. It might save you a lot of frustration in the long run!

I'll give that a shot! I just didn't think it would be such a hassle to uninstall.
