Help! The 'Start Burn' Option Is Grayed Out When Trying to Burn CDs

I recently got a CD drive for burning CDs, but I'm running into an issue where the 'Start Burn' option is grayed out when I try to burn songs. I don't think my drive is broken; there must be a simple fix that I'm overlooking. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
