Hey everyone, I'm really becoming desperate here. I bought Crimson Desert, but every time I try to launch it, I get a message saying "This graphics peripheral is not currently supported." I checked to make sure my PC meets the game's requirements, and it does. I've updated my graphics card, Windows, C++, and DirectX. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and basically followed all the troubleshooting guides I could find. I don't get why this is happening. If anyone has a magic solution, I'd really appreciate it because I'm feeling stuck, especially since I bought the game on Instant Gaming, validated the key, and now there's no chance of a refund. Thanks in advance!

Honestly, it sounds like you're hitting a wall with that specific error. I found out that it usually pops up if you're trying to run the game on an unsupported graphics card, particularly Intel ARC cards. They simply haven't added support for them yet. If that’s your case, getting a refund is probably your best shot. You might want to check with customer service to see if they can help you out.

I don't even have an Intel card! I'm running an RTX 3060, and I've tested my PC for compatibility. That's why I'm so confused!
