I'm having a lot of trouble after a Windows 11 update. My PC is stuck and I can't open File Explorer or reset my computer—I get an error midway through the process. I usually use File Explorer for Sims 4 mods, but every time I try to access it, the screen goes black and I get kicked back to the desktop.
I've run the sfc /scannow command but it doesn't work. I can't finish the update or revert back to the previous version either. My internet and storage are both fine, so that's not the issue.
Also, I tried using a new flash drive, but now I just keep seeing a black screen that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart." It keeps looping between that message and the Dell logo.
I've attached photos below for reference. Any help would be appreciated!

Did your PC meet the requirements for Windows 11, or did you use a bypass to install it?
Another option is to try booting into safe mode. Have you seen that option? It might give you access to troubleshoot further.
I haven’t found a safe mode option yet. How do I access that?
Have you tried using the Windows Update Assistant? It might help you fix some of the update issues you're experiencing.
How do I get that? Do I need to access my files to download it?
You could try deleting the temporary files related to the Windows update. Restart your PC afterwards and then see if you can run the update again.
I tried that, but it shows an error. Here's the screenshot of what came up.
This might be the right time to back up any important files and think about wiping or resetting your OS. Might be your only option at this point.
I guess that's what I have to do... this really sucks. I’ll need to get a flash drive.
How can I move my files to the flash drive if I can't even access them?

It said it installed properly without using any bypass methods, but now it won’t let me do any updates or uninstalls.
