Help with 0KB PDF Files on Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server

I'm dealing with a Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server that has around 120 users. Whenever I try printing to a PDF using Microsoft PDF printer or any other free PDF printer, the output files are 0KB. I've already restarted the print spooler and reinstalled the PDF printer features, but nothing has worked. Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong?

Check your event logs for any related errors. That might give you a clue about what's failing during the print process. Sometimes those logs reveal hidden issues.

Just to clarify, are you trying to print PDFs to PDF, and those final files are coming out as 0 bytes? That could help narrow down the issue.

Yes, I'm printing to PDF, and the outputs are all 0 bytes.

Also, have you considered disabling any antivirus or security software that might be blocking the directory you're printing to? And it might help if you try printing to a different directory or from a different application.

Have you tried restarting the print spooler service? Sometimes that's a simple fix, but I see you've already done that. Maybe there's something deeper going on here.

Yeah, I already tried restarting the print spooler. No luck with that.
