Help with Frequent BSOD Errors on Zenbook After Startup

I'm having a tough time with my wife's Zenbook 13X UM5302LA that features a Ryzen 7 R7-7840U processor running Windows 11 Home. It keeps freezing about 10 seconds after startup, showing different BSOD error messages like WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. The laptop initially becomes unresponsive—first the taskbar, then the mouse—before it goes to a black screen. I've managed to boot into Safe Mode by entering the BitLocker code multiple times, but I'm concerned this is a CPU or hardware problem. I've located a couple of minidumps related to the crashes; one was from the first issue occurrence while the other is from yesterday. I've done some preliminary checks through BlueScreenView and WinDbg, which pointed to device driver issues. I'm relatively sure this might be heat-related, but I'd love any guidance on how to resolve this issue.

It sounds like you're facing a classic case of a hardware hiccup. For 0x124 errors, where the parameter is 0x10, your drive might be overheating or malfunctioning. Here are a few steps to consider:

1. Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version, as this could fix compatibility or stability issues.
2. Reseat the drive in the M.2 slot—just be careful if it's still under warranty.
3. Check if the drive firmware is up to date.
4. Ensure your drive has proper cooling; NVMe drives can get hot, especially when near the CPU.
5. If there are multiple M.2 slots, try moving the drive to a different one.
6. If all else fails, you may need to consider getting a new drive.

Thanks for your advice! Since I'm a bit hesitant to reseat anything while it's under warranty, do you think that it booting into Safe Mode is a good sign that the drive is functioning? Could it just be that the load is lower, and hence doesn’t heat up as much in Safe Mode?
