Hi everyone! I've recently built a new PC and everything was running smoothly until I decided to enable the EXPO profiles for my RAM. After I did that, I started crashing during games that were previously fine. I ran a memory diagnostic from Windows and it found some problems right away, and then ran MemTest86 where I encountered at least four errors on the first pass. I'm reaching out because I've seen that this is a common issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? For reference, I'm using a Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, an Asus TUF GAMING B850-Plus WiFi motherboard, and Kingston 32GB CL36 5600MHz RAM. Just a heads-up - please don't suggest getting a refund, as I'd have to take out a loan for new RAM. Thanks!

Have you checked if there are multiple EXPO profiles available in your BIOS? Sometimes the profile you're currently using may not be stable. Even though your RAM is rated to hit certain speeds, it doesn't always mean it will work well at those speeds. If your EXPO is running at 6000MHz, try dropping it to 5800MHz and see if that helps. Good luck!
I had a similar issue! I found that all the EXPO options, like EXPO1 and EXPO2, were causing errors in both MemTest and Windows Memory Diagnostic. However, when I switched to AUTO at 5400MHz, it worked perfectly! I ran multiple tests without any errors. Give that a try if you haven't already!
