Help with Sophos Blocking Access to learn.Microsoft.com

Hey everyone! I'm new to using Sophos, and I'm having an issue where learn.Microsoft.com isn't working in my organization. I've tried adding exceptions on the firewall, but no luck so far. I'm using an XGS one. Can anyone help me figure this out?

First off, have you checked the logs to see why it's being blocked? That can give you some insight into what might be going wrong.

Are you using Sophos Endpoint Protection as well? It has its own web protection feature that could be interfering with access. If that's the case, you'll need to create an exception in Sophos Central.

Just a heads up, the web protection exceptions only apply when you're using proxy mode. If you're running in IPS mode, you'll need to set up a web filter profile linked to your firewall rule.

Oh man, I've been through this too. If you have an XGS, make sure to list every detail in your exceptions. I used to have to do it manually (with regex!), but now you can import a .tar list directly from Sophos.
