How can I access restricted files in the Android data folder?

I've been trying to access files in the Android data folder using Shizuku, and I've had some success. However, there are still certain apps, like one called 'Ship of Hrkinian,' that have a folder named 'files' in the data directory. When I try to open this folder, I receive an 'access denied' message. Does anyone know why this happens and if there's a way to get in?

So there's no other way without rooting? That really stinks! Do you think I could connect my phone to a PC and manipulate something there to access the files?

It sounds like you might need to root your phone to access those files fully. Once rooted, using a root file explorer should let you get into those restricted areas without a problem.
