How can I add more storage to my pre-built gaming PC for games and photos?

I'm looking to upgrade my storage to 1TB or 2TB for games and photos, but I have no experience with hardware upgrades on a pre-built PC. Any guidance on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!

You could go for NVMe drives if your motherboard supports them, but it might require pulling out your graphics card for installation. If that's too complicated, consider adding a 2.5" SSD to a drive bay and connecting it via SATA. Just remember you'll need to hook it up to the power supply too!

Is there a specific SSD model you'd recommend for the SATA option?

What model do you have? Knowing the specific pre-built system will help narrow down your options for storage upgrades.
