I've been facing a frustrating problem with the Samsung browser's forced dark mode. Many standard methods to enforce light mode on websites, such as setting the color-scheme in CSS or using meta tags, are ignored by this browser. Additionally, the (prefers-color-scheme: dark) media query doesn't work either. This means I'm unable to override the dark mode settings or display my intended dark mode styles. The only workaround I've seen is to alert users to switch to a different browser or change their settings. Is there a more polished solution to this ongoing issue?

I was surprised too! Apparently, a lot of folks still use it, including some people in my office. It’s a bummer because it really complicates web design.
Do people actually use the Samsung browser? Seems kind of niche.
