How can I adjust the volume on my Fire TV without the remote?

I recently hooked up my Roku to my TV after misplacing my Fire TV Stick remote. The issue is that I can't adjust the volume using the Roku. Unfortunately, I can't use the Fire TV app because I'm on a mobile hotspot—definitely on a tight budget and can't get Wi-Fi right now. The sound is a bit quiet, so I'm having to rely on captions, which is pretty annoying. Any suggestions on how I can change the volume without the remote?
