I'm currently using scan to SMB on my Konica printers and managing the address books and SMB shares manually, which is a huge hassle. I've started writing a script to automate the SMB share configuration, but I'm wondering if there's a way to script the address book setup on the Konica printers as well. This manual process is really time-consuming and frustrating. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!

You could potentially set up read-only access for your IDP, which might streamline the process. It's an interesting angle to explore, so definitely look into it more!
Navigating Konica's website can be a nightmare for sure! But they do have a fleet management software that might help you out. Check out Fleet RMM on their website. There's also a user guide available that could be useful. It's definitely worth a peek since managing printers can be such a pain.
Thanks a ton man!!! Totally looking into this, we are using printer logic today to deploy printer drivers and that’s been so nice, but maintaining address books manually these last few years has been miserable. Especially with only two of us for all of the infrastructure..
