I'm new to Linux and just installed Void Puppy Linux on my system. I'm wondering if there's a way to boot into it without needing a USB drive. Do I need to adjust any settings within the OS to make this happen?

You might need to access your BIOS or EFI settings to adjust your boot order. Usually, you'll press a key like F2, F10, F12, or ESC when your computer starts up to get in there. Once you’re in, look for something that lets you choose your boot device. Puppy Linux should show up there, even if it’s labeled differently.
Puppy Linux usually has a tool in its menu to install a bootloader. Check around for that! It can help you set things up to boot without needing a USB.

I'll check for that, thanks!
