I signed up for a subscription with a company called On That Ass, but I'm in a bit of a bind. I can't access the email I used to sign up, and I don't want any charges to go through. I paid for a £0.00 free trial via Apple Pay and another £0.00 trial using Google Pay, but I can't manage to cancel the subscription myself. If I cancel my Google Pay and Apple Pay accounts, will that solve the issue? Also, I was thinking about getting a new debit card to prevent potential charges. I have about 13 days left to sort this out before they start charging me £25 a month, and I don't want to be stuck with that bill!

That's really frustrating! You should definitely consider getting a new card. Your bank mentioned that it’s the best course of action. While they can’t block the subscription just yet because no payments have gone through, changing your card will help prevent any future charges. Just to be safe, keep an eye on your accounts until you can confirm the subscription is canceled!
I recommend getting in touch with your bank and asking them to block the subscription. If you do get scammed, the government can refund you up to £7,000. But for now, contacting the bank is a good first step to avoid any unexpected charges.
