How can I connect speakers to my Samsung Monitor that lacks a headphone jack?

I just got a new Samsung Monitor along with a pair of speakers for audio, but I didn't realize until now that the monitor doesn't have a headphone jack. Is there a way to connect my speakers without this jack? I really want to keep the monitor and would appreciate any tips!

Keep in mind that monitors usually don’t have headphone jacks. If you’re using a console, you can just plug your speakers into the controller instead.

You might want to connect the speakers directly to your PC instead if that's an option, or consider getting new speakers that have different connection types.

If your setup involves HDMI, look into getting an HDMI audio extractor. You can place it between your HDMI source and the monitor to pull out the audio.

Be aware that not all HDMI ports are the same; some are designed for ARC (Audio Return Channel). You might need an adapter or cable to get audio out. An A/V receiver could be a good solution too!
