I bought a Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck, including the Dual Throttle and Flightstick II. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by Turtle Beach support, but the PC setup app requires the flightstick to be in Xbox controller mode. Make sure each device is updated separately and connected directly to the PC rather than through a USB hub.
