I'm trying to find a way to enable a complete blur or glass effect on my Zorin Linux 18 setup, similar to Windows using Windhawk or any other application. Since I'm a new user, I'm not familiar with third-party theming, so I need an application that can help me achieve this effect easily.

Check out kde-look.org or gnome-look.org; they have a ton of themes you might like. Just a heads up—getting into Linux means you’ll need to learn some new skills. Not knowing how to do something shouldn’t stop you from trying. You're already asking the right questions to enable that transparency effect!
There's actually a resources page that could really help you out! It’s packed with info that might answer some of your questions about theming. Also, consider doing a search on the topic; you might find some useful threads. Just remember, practice makes perfect!
