How Can I Ensure My Deleted Video Is Gone for Good?

I'm really paranoid and tend to overthink things. I recorded an explicit video today, but I didn't share it with anyone. I deleted it right away after watching it, and I've checked – it's not in my photos, my recent deletions, or backed up on iCloud or Google Photos. Still, I can't shake the anxiety that it might be stored somewhere else and could be recovered. Can anyone reassure me that it's truly deleted and can't be retrieved by anyone?

You should be fine as long as your device isn't infected with malware or something similar. Just to ease your mind, here’s a couple of tips: 1. Stop filming explicit videos! It's just safer not to put yourself in that situation. 2. Take a deep breath and try to relax. I had a friend who shared some pictures, and they ended up online forever, so be cautious!
