I'm looking for a way to export Conditional Access (CA) policies in JSON format. Is there an efficient method or tool that I can use for this? Also, should I consider exporting related items like named locations and CA groups?

The new Entra ID backup and restore feature allows you to back up Conditional Access policies. Check out the official documentation for that process. If you prefer, you can also use Microsoft Graph or an automation account to handle CA policy exports.

You can use the Intune management tool for exporting CA policies. Just check out the repository on GitHub for more details. Also, remember to export named locations and CA groups as well!
