I'm having trouble with boot error 0xc000000f after installing Windows 11 on my brand new HP ZBook Fury 16 G12. The error message says that the boot configuration data is missing or contains errors, specifically mentioning the file EFIMicrosoftBootBCD. Whenever I try to go into recovery mode, it fails, and the only option seems to be reinstalling the OS via BIOS. I'm using a DVD drive for the installation and have enabled secure boot and TPM, but turning them off hasn't helped either. Since my setup requires approved media, I need to troubleshoot this issue effectively. Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your system might be overlooking the DVD. First, double-check the boot order in your BIOS to make sure the DVD drive is set to boot first. If you're able to, try using a USB stick instead of the DVD, as that could make a difference. Also, consider disabling secure boot and enabling legacy CSM if possible.
Have you tried accessing recovery mode? If you can get there, navigate to more options, then launch a command prompt and type in "bcdedit /v". It seems like your boot file might be corrupted, and that could provide more insight into fixing the issue.
