How can I fix disappearing pinned apps and volume after every restart?

I'm facing this really frustrating issue where my pinned apps and volume control keep disappearing every time I restart my computer. I've found a temporary workaround by ending a process in the Task Manager called Shell Infrastructure Host, but that's not a permanent solution. Every restart means I have to go through this process again, and it's getting annoying. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue permanently so my computer loads everything correctly?

You might want to check your command prompt when you run it. If it shows as C:UsersTEMP, that could be related to the problem. It's possible your system is not loading your user profile correctly at startup. Let me know what you see when you check it!

I feel you on this! That issue with the Shell Infrastructure Host can be tricky. What worked for me was doing a system file check. Just open the command prompt as an admin and run 'sfc /scannow'. That might help fix any corrupted files causing this problem.
