How can I fix low FPS stuttering in Valorant?

I'm experiencing frequent micro-freezes and stutters while playing Valorant, even after upgrading my CPU. Although my FPS has increased, the 1% and 0.1% low performance are still poor. I've tried optimizing my PC settings and I'm running minimal background processes, just the built-in instant reply feature of AMD Radeon Software. I've checked various benchmark videos for my setup, but their low FPS figures are much better than mine. Are there any specific tweaks or hardware upgrades that could help me? My specs include a Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 6600, 16GB (2x8GB) 3200 RAM, and an Adata 710 1TB SSD. Could the SSD be the cause of these issues?

You might want to double-check your settings in AMD Radeon Software. Occasionally, the instant reply feature can interfere with game performance. Also, ensure your drivers are up-to-date and disable any unnecessary background tasks. Try adjusting the graphics settings in Valorant to see if that smooths out the gameplay. It can sometimes make a significant difference!

The SSD is probably not your culprit. Valorant doesn't rely heavily on different SSDs for in-game performance; it mainly affects load times. Your stuttering issues are more likely a result of your RAM. The 3200 MHz speed might be on the edge or not ideal for your system. Consider overclocking it to 3600 MHz for better performance, but if that causes issues, you can try lowering it to speeds like 2933 or 2667 MHz to see if that helps stabilize things. Sometimes RAM that's close to its limits can cause stuttering issues.
