I've had my Surface Pro for about 7 years and, honestly, I've kinda messed it up. I got a ton of viruses when I was younger and didn't take care of it. Although I factory reset it, it still lags a lot. It's more annoying now because all I can do is watch YouTube, and it's super slow. My internet is fine; it's definitely the Surface that's the problem. I'm curious if anyone has any tips on how I can fix it or if it's just too far gone. Any advice would be really appreciated!
