How can I fix my Windows 11 PC after accidentally limiting RAM?

I was adjusting my system settings because I noticed my PC was only using 15.4GB out of 16GB of RAM. I found a YouTube tutorial that advised going to the system configuration to maximize RAM. However, I ended up reducing the usable RAM instead. Thinking I was adding RAM, I mistakenly set the limit to a minimum of 256MB, and now my PC won't even boot into safe mode. I really need help with this!

Just curious, where did you actually make this change? Was it in Windows or in the BIOS?

I made the change in Windows.

You might want to try accessing the UEFI settings and look for an option to restore default settings. That could help reset your RAM settings back to normal. After making that change, restart your computer and see if it works!

I tried doing that, but it just resets the BIOS settings, not the Windows settings.
