Hey everyone, I've got a bit of an issue with my new Xiaomi 15T. Due to some sensitivity in my ears, I can hear a broader range of audio frequencies compared to most, which makes it tough when there's unwanted noise. Whenever I make phone calls using the upper speaker, I hear a buzzing sound that doesn't go away even when I turn the volume down to zero. If I hold the phone to my ear for more than a minute, I end up with a headache. I'm really hoping there's a way to fix this because I love the phone, but this is making it unbearable to use! Any help would be appreciated.

If you're thinking about trading for a different phone model, like the S25 FE, that's a good option. Just make sure you check out the specs and user reviews to see if it’ll meet your needs better than the Xiaomi.
Have you checked in the accessibility settings under 'Hearing Enhancements'? Sometimes there are tweaks there that can help with audio issues. Might be worth a look!
Since you mentioned the buzzing persists even at volume 0, it sounds like it might be more of a hardware issue rather than something you can fix through software. My suggestion would be to consider exchanging the phone if it’s defective. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you might want to explore a different model altogether.
Sometimes it could just be interference or a defect with the upper speaker itself. A replacement might be the quickest way to see if that's the issue and save you the headache.

I checked that menu, but unfortunately, nothing seems to help. I've tried all the options available.
