How can I fix the inaccurate readings on my 360mm AIO LCD display?

I recently bought my first prebuilt PC, equipped with an RTX 5070 Ti, Intel i9-14900K, and 32GB of DDR5 memory. The LCD screen on the 360mm liquid cooler is displaying incorrect readings, and none of the software I've tried can detect the display. The seller said the cooler may be made by Cougar, but several Cougar applications have failed to recognize it. What should I check or install to get the screen working properly? The system is still covered by a one-year warranty.

First, identify the exact cooler model and confirm which USB and internal headers it uses. LCD coolers generally need the manufacturerโ€™s specific control software, and the wrong Cougar utility may not detect it. Check the prebuiltโ€™s parts list, the cooler label, or the invoice, then download the software and drivers for that exact model.

Because this is a prebuilt and it is still under warranty, avoid opening or modifying anything beyond checking clearly accessible connections. Ask the seller for the exact AIO model and the correct software, or have them service it. A faulty LCD controller, incorrect installation, or incompatible firmware could all cause these symptoms.

Since the display is showing incorrect information and no software detects it, check that the coolerโ€™s internal USB cable is firmly connected to the motherboard. Also verify that the pump and display have their required SATA power connections. If the wiring looks correct, reinstall the proper control software and check Windows Device Manager for an unknown USB device.

MellowCedar42: The seller told me it was a Cougar cooler, but Iโ€™ve already tried several Cougar applications and none of them recognize the screen.
