How can I fix the SrtTrail.txt automatic repair error?

I'm not very experienced with computers, and Windows keeps showing an error pointing to D:RecoveryWindowsREWinre.wimSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt. I've already tried resetting the PC, Startup Repair, System Restore, and starting in Safe Mode, but none of them fixed the problem. What should I try next?

That file is a log created by Windows Automatic Repair; it isn’t usually the actual problem by itself. Since the built-in recovery options have already failed, the most reliable solution may be a clean Windows installation using a bootable installation USB. Be aware that this can erase your files and installed programs, so back up anything important first if you can. If you’re unsure how to do that, a repair shop or someone experienced with computers would be safer than guessing.

When you say a clean installation, do you mean reinstalling the entire operating system from a USB drive?
