I was recently accepted into AWS Activate and want to use GPT-6 Sol through AWS. I enabled the relevant IAM permissions and marketplace access, but the model still isn't available. The AWS documentation also seems outdated compared with the instructions on the linked pages. What is the current process for getting access, and are there any quota or verification steps I need to complete?

If the model still isn’t showing up after configuring IAM and marketplace permissions, open an AWS Support case with the Accounts team. They can check whether your account, region, or model access request needs additional approval.
Try requesting a quota increase for one of the flagship models in the relevant Bedrock region. The request may trigger an identity-verification step, and once that’s completed AWS may grant the standard quota across the available models rather than only the one you selected.
