I created new accounts on Azure and AWS, but neither platform has quota available for the Claude models I want to use. It's frustrating to find that the services are effectively unusable without approval. Are there any legitimate alternatives to submitting a quota request, especially when new accounts may be rejected because they have little or no payment history?

Claude models are provided by a third party, so access and quotas aren’t automatically available on every new account. There usually isn’t a reliable workaround besides requesting access, meeting the provider’s account requirements, or using another supported model while your account builds history.
If you’re using AWS, contact your account team or technical account manager. They may be able to review the request, explain the eligibility requirements, or help escalate it, although approval still depends on capacity and account history.

Does that mean new accounts need a long and substantial payment history before Claude quotas are approved?
