A practical Google workaround is to use Firefox with the udm14 extension. It sends searches through Google’s standard results view instead of the AI-heavy default. You can also add a custom search engine using a URL such as https://www.google.com/search?udm=14&q=%s and set it as the default.
DuckDuckGo gives you better control over its AI features, and you can disable them without creating an account. Brave is another reasonable alternative, although most major search engines are adding some form of AI now.
