I just received a Poly Voyager 5200 wireless headset and successfully connected it to my ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 5 laptop and Pixel 8 Pro phone. However, when I try connecting it to my Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 2 (which runs Windows 11 24H2), it only connects as headphones and does not detect the microphone. I've done some troubleshooting but haven't had any luck getting the mic to work. I also have a ThinkVision P49w-30 monitor connected to this laptop, with a Lenovo MC60 RGB Camera webcam plugged in as well. I tried disconnecting the camera to see if that was causing a conflict, but it didn't help. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to try connecting the headset to the system that recognizes it fully first. Once it’s connected, go to Device Manager on that system. Right-click the headset entries ('Poly V5200 Series' and 'Poly V5200 Series Hands-Free') and make a note of the drivers being used. After that, transfer those drivers over to the Lenovo P16s using a USB drive or email. Once you’ve done that, reconnect the headset and see if it works after a restart.
It sounds like a driver issue since you mentioned two entries on one laptop but only one on the other. On the problematic system, try uninstalling the headset under Device Manager and then reconnecting it to see if it picks up the second entry during the reconnection. This sometimes triggers the system to search for the right drivers.
