How can I get this stubborn screw out of my Dell laptop?

I'm working on my Dell Precision 7540 and I need to remove a tiny screw to install a third hard drive. I've tried various screwdrivers, used a nitrile glove for grip, and even attempted to use pliers, but it's still stuck and now it looks pretty mangled. Check out the images I linked for a better view. Does anyone have suggestions for getting it out?

It's possible that the screw has Loctite holding it in place. You might try using a heat gun to warm it up, which can help melt the adhesive. Just make sure you're using the right screwdriver size to avoid further stripping.

It seems like the screw is stripped pretty badly. You might want to try attaching an Allen key to it using JB Weld, let it cure, and then twist it off. If it works, just replace the screw afterward with a new one.

Where would I find a replacement screw if I end up using the glue trick?

I might have to go that route. In the second pic, it actually looks less stripped than it does in the first!
