How can I identify the brand of a blank DVD on Mac OS?

I'm working as a tech coordinator at a small media nonprofit and I'm trying to figure out what brand of blank DVDs we have on hand. We need to order more, but our Executive Director mentioned there were issues with certain brands, so I want to avoid any problems. The DVDs I have are completely blank with no visible branding on the spindles or faces. I've looked at the serial numbers on the inner rings, but they don't seem to help. Does anyone know how I can find out the manufacturer of these DVDs? Keep in mind that we're only using Mac computers in the office and I don't have a DVD drive at home.

You can use a Mac OS software called DVD Media Inspector to potentially get more info about your DVDs. Here’s the link: [http://raktajino.sakura.ne.jp/dvdmediainspector/dvdmediainspector.html](http://raktajino.sakura.ne.jp/dvdmediainspector/dvdmediainspector.html)
