Honestly, I've heard a lot of people say that UserBenchmark isn't very reliable. You might want to try using 3DMark instead for a more accurate reading of your GPU's performance. But if you’re really worried about it, don’t hesitate to send it back if it's not performing right.
Yeah, if my GPU is indeed worse than 90% of others like it, I'd definitely want to look into returning it.
