How can I keep audio on my iPhone speakers while charging through a car’s USB port?

I have an iPhone 14 running iOS 26.5. When I connect it to a car's built-in USB port to charge, iOS automatically routes audio through the USB connection instead of the iPhone's speakers. I want to keep watching or listening on the phone itself without using the car's audio system. The solution must involve only the iPhone's buttons or settings, must play audio exclusively through the iPhone's built-in speakers, and must work regardless of the car, cable, or charging port. Solutions involving another charging port, a charging-only cable, a data-blocking adapter, Bluetooth, or any external accessory do not qualify.

The only suggestion raised was using a MagSafe charger, which would avoid creating a USB audio connection. However, that does not meet the stated requirements because it changes the charging method and does not provide an iPhone-only setting or button-based solution. No qualifying answer was provided in the discussion.

MagSafe is not relevant to the requested solution. The goal is to keep using the USB cable while changing the audio output from the iPhone itself.
