How can I keep my room cool while gaming on my PC?

I have a bulky Acer gaming PC, and after about 30 minutes of playing, my room heats up significantly. Unfortunately, my air conditioning isn't effective because the thermostat is located in another room. During winter, I can just open a window to cool things down, but now that it's summer, that's not an option. I'm considering getting a standalone AC unit that can vent the heat out through my door since my windows aren't compatible with most air conditioning designs. I'd love to hear your suggestions or any alternative solutions you might have! Thanks!

The best way to tackle this is to either move your gaming PC out of the room or improve air circulation. If you can’t vent the heat directly, consider positioning a box fan to help channel the warm air out. However, if your windows don’t open well enough, certain AC units can still work by venting inside with a hose to the outside.

I get that, but I like to keep my door shut. I’m considering ways to build an exhaust for the AC underneath the door, though I’m worried that might not be viable.
