How can I learn programming as a visual and hands-on learner?

I've always been fascinated by programming and I've reached a point where I would consider myself almost advanced in IT. I understand computers and tech inside out and can identify issues in code, but I struggle to code from scratch. Even though I own several courses on uDemy covering 4-5 programming languages, I can never stick with them because the lectures are just too boring and move at a pace that feels too slow for me. I'm the kind of learner who likes to see things in action, get quick explanations, and dive into hands-on practice with immediate feedback. Does anyone have recommendations for learning resources that cater to my learning style?
