How can I lock my keyboard to prevent my baby brother from mashing keys?

I'm looking for a way to keep my baby brother from messing up my computer. He loves to press all the buttons, and I want to lock the keyboard so he can't accidentally change anything unless I use a specific combination. Does anyone know of a program that can lock the whole keyboard including function keys and the Windows key? Or maybe a fun game or toy for toddlers?

Alternatively, you could just buy him a toy laptop. They usually come with colorful keys and fun sounds that are perfect for keeping little ones entertained without affecting your computer.

If you're using a wireless or Bluetooth keyboard, just turn it off when you're not using it. For wired keyboards, consider plugging it into a USB hub that has on/off switches for each port so you can control when it's active.

One option is to get him his own keyboard that's not connected to anything. That way, he can press all the buttons he wants without causing any trouble! Plus, some keyboards have fun lights that catch a toddler's attention.

There's a simple trick you can use: hold down the right Shift key for about 10 seconds until a pop-up appears. Click 'Yes' on the pop-up, and your keyboard will be locked! Give it a try!
