I'm a beginner at building PCs and I've noticed that my fans are really loud. I'm looking for tips or changes I can make to reduce the noise. What should I look into?

First off, you might not have provided enough info. Do you know how your fans are set up? I recommend trying a software called Fan Control to manage them better.
Maybe you have too many fans installed? If you give details about your setup, we could help more. Also, check to see if you're using the appropriate fan types for the connectors. Unplug one fan at a time to see if one is defective, but don't unplug the CPU fan for too long!
Typically, the fans might be running at too high RPM. Check your BIOS settings and adjust the fan curve to see if that helps.
You need to identify which fans are the culprits. Sometimes, it might be worth looking into an aftermarket CPU cooler if those fans are too noisy.
