How can I move unallocated space to extend my Linux partition?

I have 200 GB of unallocated space that I shrunk from my Windows installation. I want to move this space to extend my Linux installation. Any guidance would be appreciated!

If BitLocker isn't enabled, you can use GParted for this task. However, you might have to go through a few steps instead of just one. Just keep that in mind!

Isn't BitLocker only for the pro versions though?
