How Can I Pair My UBOTIE Keyboard Without a USB Port?

I recently got my hands on a UBOTIE keyboard that has multicolor keys and the branding on the space bar, but I'm running into a major issue. There are no buttons, no USB slot for a wireless adapter, and I'm unable to connect it wired either. When I insert a battery, the power light turns on, but I can't get it to pair using the usual commands like fn+1 or fn+c. I've tried hitting every button and I'm at a bit of a loss. Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem? How can I get this keyboard to pair?

It sounds like you're dealing with a pretty unique situation! One thing you can try is looking for a manual online; sometimes, they can provide the pairing instructions you need. A lot of people suggest that pressing fn+1 usually helps, but it seems like you've already tried that. If that doesn't work, maybe check if there’s any reset option on the keyboard. You might also want to check out forums dedicated to keyboard issues, as they can have some hidden tips!

Great idea! Manuals can be super helpful. Just don't forget to look up model-specific forums or even YouTube videos; they sometimes show you troubleshooting steps that aren’t widely known.

If you're unable to upload photos directly, you could try using an image hosting site like Imgur and share the link. It might give the community a better idea of what the keyboard looks like. Sometimes visuals can make a big difference in figuring out tech issues!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll make sure to add some pics with an Imgur link shortly.
