I received an email saying, 'Your account will be deleted soon—pay now to keep your data.' The issue is that my subscription was disabled due to a credit card problem that happened late last year. Now, there seems to be no way to reactivate it and pay what I owe. I also can't find an option to submit a support ticket. What should I do?

Just a thought, are you certain this isn’t a phishing scam? Those kinds of emails pop up all the time. But if you’re sure it's legit, I hope you can figure out how to pay and get your subscription back on!
You might want to check the billing section in your Azure account. That’s usually where you can manage payment issues and see any outstanding balance.
