How can I reduce the heat my PC adds to my room?

I'm moving back home after a year living on campus and am trying to keep my bedroom cooler so my parents won't complain about the heat from my computer. I'm already underclocking the PC to reduce its power usage, but I'm wondering what else I can do to improve airflow and lower the amount of heat it puts into the room.
