I'm trying to learn more about computers and I installed some games, but I can't open them because of the firewall (Withsecure Elements Agent) on my high school laptop. Does anyone have advice on how to get this off?

I get wanting to learn, but remember that the laptop is school property. Bypassing their security measures could land you in trouble. It's best to talk to someone in your school's IT department about it.

It sounds like your school has restrictions in place for a reason. If you want to explore coding or computer building, why not check out a Raspberry Pi? It's a fun way to learn without messing with the school laptop.

Before doing anything, you might want to reread the school’s computer use policy. Often, schools lock down devices to prevent unauthorized software, and trying to remove it could lead to some serious consequences.

Honestly, just ask your school administrator for help. They might be able to assist with getting the games running on the school laptop.

If the BIOS is not locked, a Linux bootable USB stick could be a way to bypass the lockout. Just remember that wiping the drive has its risks, especially for school devices.
