How can I reset my Windows 11 laptop without a USB?

I'm struggling with my Windows 11 laptop and could really use some help. Here's the situation:
- I'm using Windows 11, version 25H2, with BitLocker turned on. I do have the recovery key, but everything on the OS drive is encrypted.
- I attempted to use the commands `systemreset -cleanpc` and `systemreset -factoryreset` in both normal and Safe Mode, but I keep getting an error saying 'systemreset' is not recognized as a command.
- When I checked with `reagentc /info`, it shows that Windows RE is enabled, but the recovery image location is empty.
- I ran `SFC /scannow` and `DISM` to check for issues, and they found some corrupt files, but couldn't repair everything.
- Unfortunately, Safe Mode with Networking doesn't let me connect to Wi-Fi.
- I don't have a USB installation media available.
So, I can boot into Windows, but I'm completely stuck when it comes to resetting or reinstalling the system from within Windows. BitLocker is also asking for the recovery key every time I restart. Has anyone encountered this issue? What are my options for fixing this without a USB?

It sounds like you're having a rough time with that! A lot of folks have run into problems with the built-in factory reset feature in Windows 11. I’d recommend skipping that altogether since it can mess things up even further. Instead, I suggest doing a clean install of Windows. It might seem tricky, but it's usually the best way to resolve serious issues. Just make sure to back up any important data first!

If possible, try to log in like you usually do, and consider making a bootable USB. Even though you mentioned you don't have one, getting access to another computer to create that USB is key. You can then use it to repair or reinstall Windows. Also, don't forget to back up your data before proceeding. Trust me, it's worth it!
